The Delphi Guarantee refers to the reassurance Delphi provides all our students enrolled in our programs. Delphi prides itself on its methodically designed courses that will guarantee success and high marks on the USMLE Steps. Whether this is your first time taking the exam or you have had multiple attempts beforehand, Delphi’s proven model for success will help you accomplish your goal of passing and scoring high on the USMLE exams.

*Passing Guaranteed: If you follow our instructions you should not have a problem passing the exam. In case if you fail we will train you for free until you pass the exam.
DelphiUSMLE Guaranteed Passing Policy
USMLE Step 1

USMLE Step 1 Live Online 6-Week and 8-Week Programs
At DelphiUSMLE, we are fully committed to the success of every student who entrusts us with their USMLE Step 1 preparation. To uphold the integrity of our program and ensure the highest chance of success, the following terms and conditions apply to our Guaranteed Passing Policy:
Student Commitments

Lecture Attendance

Students must attend all scheduled live lectures during the 6-week or 8-week program.

Absences or tardiness are not permitted, as consistent participation is vital to success.

Homework Completion
-
All homework assignments provided by Dr. Roy Lingam must be completed on time and in full.

Post-Lecture Study Period

Following completion of the live lecture program, students must dedicate a minimum of 6 weeks to structured question-based learning under the direct guidance of Dr. Roy Lingam.

Weekly Progress Meetings
-
Students are required to meet with Dr. Lingam (or designated faculty) once per week to provide progress updates, discuss challenges, and review strategies.

NBME Benchmark Requirement

Students must take a minimum of two (2) new NBME practice exams in timed mode prior to attempting their comprehensive exam.

A score of 70% or higher must be achieved on both NBMEs in order to qualify for the guarantee.

Exam Authorization
-
Students may not register for or take the USMLE Step 1 exam until explicit approval is granted by DelphiUSMLE.

If a student takes the exam without Delphi’s approval, for any reason (including but not limited to school deadlines, personal decisions, or time constraints), this guarantee will become null and void.

The USMLE Step 1 exam must be taken within 6 months from the first day of the student’s enrolled class.

Failure to take the exam within this timeframe automatically voids the guarantee.

Guarantee Terms

If a student fulfills all of the above commitments and still does not pass the USMLE Step 1 exam, DelphiUSMLE will provide continued training free of charge until the student passes.

No refunds will be issued under this policy.
Important Considerations

Achieving a 70% or higher on two NBME practice exams demonstrates readiness for the USMLE Step 1 exam.

However, factors such as test-day nervousness, anxiety, or other personal circumstances may still impact performance.

While DelphiUSMLE cannot assume responsibility for such variables, our guarantee ensures that students who meet all requirements will continue to receive training and guidance until success is achieved.

If a student takes the exam without Delphi approval, this policy is automatically void and no guarantee will apply.

By enrolling in a Step 1 Live Online 6-Week or 8-Week cohort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of The Delphi Difference™ — Step 1 Pass Guarantee above.
