We believe in our teachings, strategies and tools used for preparation that we guarantee* by following our studying methods and instructions to the fullest extent, students will pass their USMLE exams and if they don’t we will train them for free until they pass.
 

*In order to achieve your success and obtain the The Delphi Difference Guarantee students must use all of the following tools and agree to the following Terms and Conditions (Step 1 and Step 2 Ck Courses)
 

1. Students are only allotted to miss 1 lecture during their course without repercussions ONLY if they notify the institution via email no later than 1 hour before the start of their lecture. Emails must be sent to info@delphiusmle.com
    

2. Failure to show up to lecture without informing Delphi, automatically disqualifies student from guarantee refund.
    

3. Tardiness is unacceptable and will effect refund.
    

4. In the event circumstances experienced by a student that affects their ability to continue and/or complete the program shall not be granted a refund, but may at the sole discretion of the administration at Delphi, be granted extensions of their classroom access.
    

5. Students must complete two (2) NBME exams in timed mode and the NBME exams must be taken for the first time (one (1) NBME must be taken prior to or on Day 1 of the Program and one (1) must be taken within fourteen (14) days of completion of the Program). Additionally, the Pre-Program NBME results must be sent to us prior to commencing the Program and Post-Program NBME results must be sent to us following completion of the Program.
    

6. Student must submit all required quizzes and question bank materials.
    

7. Students must provide us with their timed, NBME exam score(s) after completing the entire Program and prior to sitting for the exam (proof of one (1) NBME score of 520 or two (2) NBME scores of 540 must be achieved after completing the course and prior to sitting for the exam).
    

8. Purchase and complete the USMLE World Step 1 Question Bank (highly recommended, but not required to be eligible for the Guarantee).
    

9. Students must provide us with their timed, NBME exam scores after completing the entire Program and prior to sitting for the exam (proof of one (1) NBME score of 80 or two (2) NBME scores of 85 must be achieved after completing the course and prior to sitting for the exam).
    

10. Purchase and complete the USMLE World Step 2 CK Question Bank (highly recommended, but not required to be eligible for the Guarantee).
     

11. Every Friday during the self-study portion of the course, students are required to report their Lecturer via email.
     

12. At the end of the course students will be informed of whether or not they are ready to take their exam. Should the student take their exam against the advisement of Delphi Administration they are automatically ineligible for the guarantee and refund.
     

13. Students who decide to decline taking the Step 1 and/or Step 2 Ck examination, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible for a refund.
     

14. Time constraint issues shall not form a basis for eligibility to receive a refund.
     

15. Students must take the exam within sixty (90 days from the last day in their registered session.
     

16. Students will only be refunded the amount that they paid, and refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.
