At Delphi USMLE, our goal isn't just to prepare you for exam day — it's to see you pass. Because of that, all program fees are non-refundable once coaching has begun.
We don't take that lightly. In exchange for that commitment, we stand behind every student we take on — we will continue supporting you, at no additional cost, for as long as it takes until you pass.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Enrollment in a Delphi program is a commitment from us as much as it is from you. If you complete the coursework and put in the work but don't pass your Comp exam or USMLE Step 1 on your first attempt, we stay with you and continue to guide, teach, and support you until you pass.
Our Pass Guarantee is built on a two-way commitment. To keep it in effect, you're expected to hold up your side of it in full:
If these conditions aren't met, the Pass Guarantee is voided — the no-refund policy still applies, but continued support is no longer guaranteed.
Because our programs involve immediate, personalized investment — one-on-one instruction, custom study plans, live teaching sessions, and materials made available to you as soon as you enroll — DelphiUSMLE does not issue refunds for any reason once you have enrolled, including if you do not pass the exam, decide not to complete the program, or change your mind after registering.

I understand that DelphiUSMLE does not offer refunds under any circumstances. If I do not pass my exam, DelphiUSMLE will continue to guide, teach, and support me until I pass, at no additional cost, as long as I follow Delphi USMLE's instructions and remain continuously engaged in the program with no leave of absence — but no money paid will be refunded.
